My stay at Melia Casa Maya Cancun was filled with highlights, but also some hiccups. The beach was absolutely stunning, and I loved having a room with a balcony to enjoy the ocean view. however, the initial check-in experience was frustrating and not what I expected from a hotel with 'The Level' designation. Overall, the location was great and the staff were friendly, but some logistical issues and dining experiences left me wanting more.
